I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I realize how being overweight affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey.
To me, life without fitness means nothing. I have been injured several times through my football carrier, but I learned through the years that I have to maintain a balanced, consistent fitness and diet plan in order to achieve my biggest fitness goals.

I started competitive sports at the age of 6 years old. The likes of Athletics (running, jumping, throwing) and football. I’ve been educated in sports schools and been studying sports science since young age.

He is so supportive! As a deaf woman who has been pregnant for the past two years, losing weight hasn’t been easy. But he encouraged and motivated me, always promoting positive thinking and reminding me that I’m doing great, which is exactly what I needed to feel good. I lifted over 40 kg, which is amazing! Val is not just a PT…he is a life coach! He knows when he has to be gentle and also when he has to ‘kick my ass’ to reach my goals. He pays attention to my proper nutrition, gets the most out of me during training and encourages me to be better. He has a good sense of people. Highly recommended for everyone.

Booked a few sessions with Val the week before I was due to play a tennis tournament as part of prep. He tailors the session to your needs and is fully focussed on each session and friendly. He pays good detail to proper technique too so you can also maximise your self training sessions too. I won the tournament, maybe this was the secret, recommended.

Val helped me to get over my self-conscious self who wasn’t brave enough to try new equipment or exercises. I didn’t just pick up new skills in the gym but from 6 pull ups a session I’ve progressed to 31 pull ups a session only 5 weeks into my training program!
