Hi, I am a CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Trainer with many years of experience in Fitness and Wellbeing. I am also a 2nd Degree Muay Thai Boxing Instructor of 10 years. I can use this to incorporate into a personal training programme as a great addition or I can train and grade you in the Martial Art or get you ready to compete. I specialise in Strength and Conditioning for fitness or competition.

I can provide you with 1:1 or Small Group Training sessions using the most modern and dynamic techniques to help you achieve noticeable progress FAST that will LAST.

I can also provide online programmes specifically designed for your needs. Full mentoring is included.

I have the drive and desire to help everyone achieve their individual goals regardless of age, gender or physical abilities and fitness levels.

I trained with Mosh over 10 months and it was great. I’m a 61 year old woman, generally fit and healthy but in need of some help in the bikini bod department.

Mosh understood my weaknesses and how to work on them and I found myself getting more toned and fitter quite quickly,

I look forward to my sessions with Mosh, not only is he an excellent coach but also witty and intelligent and a good listener,

I would encourage anyone at any fitness level to train with Mosh and I highly recommend him.

I’ve trained with Mosh for 18 months.

I’m 64 year old man and had a sense I needed to be taken out of my comfort zone in the gym while being very wary of the lower back problem I’ve had for almost 40 years. I’ve been really pleased with the training and how I’ve developed. I like how I feel when I’ve trained and my all-body strength is definitely better. My lower back hurts me less too. For balance, my wife still complains my ass isn’t like a shelf. But, hey.

So, five stars for Mosh the trainer and I have to add five stars for Mosh the man too. He’s got a curiosity to learn more and constantly surprises me with what he has found to study since the last time we trained. I often finish my hour with Mosh having had my mind worked out as much as my body.

Mosh isn’t my first trainer, but he’s most definitely my best. Before I started training with Mosh, I had been training for several years myself, but my training had hit a plateau and I was struggling to change up my sessions.

I’ve been training with Mosh now for around 4 months and I’ll honestly say it’s the best I’ve felt, physically and mentally in a long time. As well as my training, Mosh has helped me drastically with my overall well-being! There isn’t much he can’t do!

Each session challenges me and pushes me past what I think are my limitations, but clearly aren’t. I’m a lot stronger than I ever thought and that’s down to Mosh and his sessions. I’ve been able to squat and deadlift my heaviest and my upper body is also getting a-lot stronger.

As long as Mosh is training people, he will have me as a client!! Whatever your fitness level, or goals are, I highly recommend Mosh. He knows his stuff and is just an overall lovely guy!!

Mosh is a brilliant, great coach, knowledgable and tailors sessions to fit around the way your lifestyle is, Mosh helps me get my motivation back for training again. I've been working with him for a few months now and very much enjoying the sessions and the structure he has personalised for me. I've made a lot of progress in the gym! Would highly recommend him to anybody.

I started training with Mosh at a difficult time, my physical and mental health were not at their best! He pushes you but is mindful that it’s not just fitness goals but well being overall. He varies the training so it never feels repetitive, and pushes you when you need it. However, he works with whatever injury/issue you may be having from one week to the next, quickly adapting the training to help recovery, and is very knowledgeable as to what exercises etc are going to improve your performance and strengthen your weaknesses. Mosh trains you hard, but it’s always enjoyable and he has a great sense of humour with a really positive, realistic approach to life which is inspiring and gets you to do those few extra reps with a smile on your face.

I started my training with Mosh after a year-long shoulder & knee physiotherapy and a 6 kg covid-weight gain. My body had not exercised properly for two years and my muscles were so weak that I was struggling with my yoga routines. In less than a year, I lost all the extra weights, got my strength back, I was able to do my head-stand again, had two packs on my stomach and my body was fit for going to the beach. Mosh has a personalised approach, he understands the body types and comes up with specific plans for the targetted areas. What I most appreciate about working with Mosh is how he helped me to overcome my fear of my weak muscles and go beyond my limitations to build strength and confidence in myself. Working out with Mosh is hard work and serious work. It suits those who are looking for standing results.

I first started training with Mosh nearly 4 years, in person and now Online. I thought I knew what to do to lose weight and increase strength, but I truly had no idea. I went from being very overweight and unfit to achieving the weight goal set for me as well as being so much fitter and stronger than I could ever imagine. I had never lifted more than a barbell and so it all was new and exciting for me. We worked out 3x a week and Mosh created a programme that covered the entire body and he just knew which exercises complimented each other. I waked away from every session absolutely shattered but also feeling amazing for the rest of the day.
Unfortunately, due to illness, medication and steroids and not being able to exercise at all alot of last year, I have gained back a fair bit of weight and lost a lot of my strength and fitness. So, the first thing I did when I was feeling ready, was to call Mosh as I had full confidence, he will get me back to where I was before. Since then we have been back training 3x a week and I’m already seeing and feeling the benefits, so i know i made the right choice in PT.

I have had various PTs over the years but it’s rare to find someone who is as experienced and passionate as Mosh. He really takes the time to understand his client’s needs and has tailored my sessions accordingly. No two sessions are the same and he pushes you to achieve your goals even when I say I can’t do something! I have had knee issues but he is understanding of this and adjusts the exercises as needed. He’s a pleasure to train with and I would recommend him!

Due to some personal difficulties it took a lot of courage for me to begin my fitness journey. I was nervous about exercising in a gym, and sceptical about finding a trainer I could trust. Upon contacting Mosh he was very helpful and responsive. Since our first session Mosh has motivated me to be confident in myself, celebrating my progress whilst encouraging me to keep going, to stay strong. I continue to train with Mosh on a twice weekly basis, and I plan to do so for as long as I possibly can. My partner trains with us as well, and together we enjoy feeling more energised and generally much healthier. We’ve even managed to fit training into our weekends. Mosh instantly put me at ease when I first met him, as an older and somewhat nervous client. Over the past year I have built muscle, strength and endurance with regular sessions. My balance, has improved as my muscle tone and confidence have increased. Before I started training with Mosh, I had a stop and start relationship with getting fit and losing weight. Before I trained with Mosh, I had no idea how to train, motivate or really push myself. But since his training, I’ve found a true passion for working out and I can’t see myself ever giving up.

I never weight trained, and was terrified of lifting heavy, however I now go into the gym with confidence, straight to the heavy weights and LOVE lifting heavy. I used to think it would make me bulky, however Mosh taught me muscle is power and strength, and I’ve taken that mindset into my own training and continue to get stronger, both mentally and physically.

He works you hard, but understands when to motivate and when to comfort you - I in particular suffered with panic attacks and Mosh made sure I was okay and led me safely through my session. He understands what you want to gain and puts this into action. I want to say a big thank you to Mosh as you are what kickstarted my happiness with training, and gave me the foundation to push myself more and more every session.

Mosh works miracles!!
I’ve been training with Mosh since September 2019 and From September 2019 to Jan 2020 I’ve lost 11kg and my body fat percentage has decreased from 29% to 14.5%. I’ve lost pure fat and gained muscle (which is not easy to do, especially for women!)

It wouldn’t have been possible without Mosh’s advice on diet and also his training sessions.
When I first called Mosh I remember telling him on the phone that “I don’t want to do any high intensity interval training”, I was terrified of feeling unfit during my sessions! However very quickly and gently we eased into a regime that is so much fun.
He’s very encouraging and never makes you feel like you cant do an exercise!
I trained twice a week with Mosh, and the changes in my body and fitness have been incredible, I barely recognise myself and have received a lot of compliments!

Strongly recommend to try training with Mosh, don’t be scared, just push yourself, you’ll thank yourself in 6 months- believe me!

I trained with Mosh for three months and the changes I’ve experienced in my mind and body in that time are unbelievable. I used to dread going to the gym myself but it’s become the highlight of my day. Mosh is very friendly and encouraging, and knows when you need a break and when he can to push you to give a little bit more. Every session is different but I always leave on a high and looking forward to the next one. I can’t wait to receive my personalised workout plan so I can carry on the journey Mosh helped me to begin. When I return to London I’ll definitely be starting up sessions with him again.
