Paul Mills

My name's Paul and as well as running a successful full time PT business, I work as a Support Manager for YPT covering London and the South East.

Before moving into the PT industry, I was fortunate to compete for 20 years, spending half this time as a full England and Great Britain international. I’m proud to have represented and captained my country all over the world, winning numerous English, British, European and World Karate championships.

I’m also extremely humbled to have been invited to coach all over the world, working with and producing athletes that eventually surpassed my own achievements. This background has given me invaluable experiences that can only benefit YourPT whether working with my own clients or when assisting my peers.
